We all strive for good health, placidity and our well-being. Its often difficult to keep our body and soul harmonised within our daily lives. Take time-out to catch your breath and conciously enjoy a few days rest from the daily routine.

In our Yoga workshop you will learn, under the certified yoga instructor Manuela Merz, Iyengar-Yoga excercises to allow you a more concious body sense. Your days will be boosted with many applications based on naturopathic treatment, such as an Avurveda back massage, an All-over peeling with Sallow thorn, a herbal foot bath and a revitalising Kneipp shower.

Enjoy nature and its peace at the Kneippianum, let your nose travel its way through our herbal gardens or take time to read a good book under one of our apple trees.
